Bagaimana untuk menghargai diri anda (How to appreciate yourself)...



Tadi smbil cari2 example untuk source code krja sa, sa tlimpas ni satu article yg i think very menusuk di jiwa.. haha.. Ni benda sa dpt dari tu WikiHow.. Sa translate sda skit ni ikut bahasa sa sndri..

My Translation:

Tym kita kici2 dlu, kita sentiasa mendapat perhatian2 dari sekeliling.. Msti ada la tu org yg ckp sm kita: kiut oo ko, pandai ba ni anak.. dll..


Bila kita sda bsar2 ni, len plak jd.. Orang2 disekeliling kta kurang2 suda tu bagi prhatian sm kta dan jarang jg bg pujian.. Dan jika ko ni jenis org yg mahu diterima dan disenangi orang len, ko mngkn akan rasa sngt2 teruk.. Tula ramai yg bila sda bsar kurang kasih syg, ksunyian, n minta puji (puji diri sndri)..

Hanya kerana orang lain tidak bg list2 of how great you are, tidak bermakna yg ko ni useless or mmg x bgus.. Orang di sekeliling ko sbnarnya mmg nmpk ba kelebihan dalam diri ko tu.. Cuma jeles la kali atau berat mulut sbb tu dorg x ckp.. haha..

Ba, berikut merupakan cara2 for us untuk lebih menghargai diri (malas sda ni translate, faham sendiri ja la k..):

1. Appreciate what you have - and don't long for what you don't have. Yes, crying all the time for things that you don't have whether it's for your appearance or material goods can be a very bad source for your self-esteem and your state of mind. Of course you are not perfect, but you do possess qualities that a lot of people don't.

2. Find out which these qualities are and do something about it. To feel better if you are a talent learning new languages why don't you sign up for a class and learn something new.

3. Don't wait for your dream opportunities, create new ones with what you have right now. Yes, dreaming is a good thing and finding excuses. However you have to look around you and see what you have and what can you do with that.

4. You can choose happiness each day. This is true. Every morning when you wake up, you can choose so your mind to produce positive or negative thoughts. You are the worst enemy of yourself by letting your fears and negative thoughts obsess your head. As a result you will feel weak, you won't stand up for your rights each day because you are afraid.

5. By not appreciating yourself, you don't let other people appreciate you . You have to let your mind to produce thoughts which you believe in yourself and you are the best. Not just that, you have to really believe it. You are worth it and you have to make it happen to actually you have a faith in yourself and your abilities. At that moment when you will believe in yourself, things will change rapidly.You will see that other people will treat you with more respect.

6. Don't blame others that they don't treat you right. Blame yourself that you don't have high opinion on yourself and logically others can sense that. Your appearance is a reflection of how others treat you. Instead look always fresh, put a smile on your face and stand up for yourself.

7. Don't compromise your priorities just because you are afraid that you will lose friends or someone else. The worst thing that can happen is to losse yourself and there is nothing you can do to turn back time. Each compromise that you make is like you are taking away a piece of your wonderful personality. Unfortunately we are living in a really different time than before , and people don't appreciate your kindness. They will try to steal your energy and every possible kindness that you offer in a silver plate.




TIPS UNTUK KITA SEMUA

* Hidup ni ibarat roda, kijap kita di atas, kijap di bawah.. Jd, kalo kita x berusaha untuk menyayangi dan membaiki diri sendiri tdak lama kmudian kita akan rasa lebih teruk daripada sekarang. So, susa la gtu kn?

* Cuba bercerita tentangnya.. Tentang apa yang kita rasa dan apa yang kita fikirkan.. Jangan rasa ragu-ragu atau takut untuk menunjukan kelemahan diri kita..By talking about it you will feel much better and released.

* Being alive each day is a miracle. Cubalah untuk jalani hidup anda seolah-olah setiap hari merupakan hari terakhir anda berada di dunia.. Hehe, believe me you will see the difference.

* Lakukan sesuatu yang berguna setiap hari untuk anda dan juga untuk orang disekeliling anda.. Bila kita menjadikan diri kita ringan tulang, kita secara automatik boleh rasa yang sebenarnya kita ni pn useful jg to orang lain.

* Don't forget you are unique, teda yang sama dan lebih bagus selain ko.. Kalo ada yang sama pn mesti ada jg tu yang lain sikit.. heheh..

* Faith
* A friend or a family member to talk to
* Patience
* Good will

Jadi sebagai conclusion dia, kita mesti mo hepi2... Fikir positif..
Sentiasa senyum.. Kita boleh ubah diri kita kepada yang bagus2.. Orang sabah bilang: Bulih ba kalo ko!! Heheh...
